Benefits & Redemption: Membership benefits are personal to you and non-transferable. You may not assign your rights or transfer your membership to another individual. Benefits may only be redeemed at Opal Nail Studio and only within the applicable membership month. Missed services do not roll over from one month to the next. We reserve the right to assign our rights under this agreement with notice to you.

What Counts as a "Freebie" Any service with a listed price of $60 or below (before any discounts or promotions are applied) qualifies as a complimentary service under the Opal Membership program. Eligible services are subject to change.

Payments: Your monthly membership fee is charged to your credit card on the day you sign up, then on that same date each month going forward. By enrolling, you authorize Opal Nail Studio to process your card accordingly. This authorization stays active until your membership is terminated, suspended, or cancelled. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your payment information. Unused services are non-refundable.

Enrollment & Eligibility: You may enroll at Opal Nail Studio or online. To be eligible, you must be 18 years or older and a legal U.S. resident. Participants under 18 require a parent or legal guardian's consent. By enrolling, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please keep your personal information current. This program is void where prohibited by law.

Membership Term & Renewal: Your membership begins on your start date and runs for an initial term of three (3) months, after which it automatically renews on a month-to-month basis. The membership cannot be cancelled mid-term except as outlined in the cancellation section below.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Opal Nail Studio reserves the right to increase your monthly fee with 30 days' written or electronic notice.

Promotions & Discounts: Your Opal Membership cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Discounted or promotional services do not count as qualifying services under the membership program.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy: We require at least 6 hours' notice to cancel any appointment, including member appointments. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged a $20 fee. If the cancelled service was a membership freebie, that service will be considered rendered and the monthly fee will be considered earned.

Freezing: Your Membership You may freeze your membership once per calendar year for one membership month by emailing us at least 7 days before your next billing date. At least one payment must have been processed before a freeze is eligible. During a freeze, membership benefits are paused. Once the freeze period ends, your card on file will be charged on the next scheduled billing date. Your membership must remain active for at least 12 consecutive months before it can be frozen again.

Cancelling: Your Membership To cancel, email us at least 7 days before your next billing date and after completing a minimum of three payment cycles. Cancellations take effect on the next renewal date. Memberships are billed in full-month increments and unused services are non-refundable. All membership benefits end upon cancellation. Opal Nail Studio reserves the right to immediately terminate a membership due to failed payment or conduct deemed inappropriate.

Termination by Opal Nail Studio: We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time with notice. You will be responsible for the monthly fee in the month termination occurs, but not for any months after. If the program is discontinued, Opal Nail Studio is not obligated to compensate you for any remaining services or account balance.

General: By joining the Opal Membership program, you agree to be bound by these terms. Opal Nail Studio reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the program at any time. Members are responsible for staying informed of current terms. Opal Nail Studio is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect member information and may revoke benefits if a member abuses the program or violates these terms. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Opal Nail Studio and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, all remaining terms remain in full effect.
